Our Mission:
Warmth to the Rescue is repurposing fabric waste into warmth and protection for neighbors experiencing homelessness, while collaborating with community nonprofits to build bridges to resources.
What is our goal?
Our goals are simple; we want to ensure no one dies of temperature-related illness, while also working toward reducing textile waste. Our team recognizes that we are at a point in time where technology and society are too far advanced to not provide every living person with shelter, clothing, and other basic human needs. Everyone deserves the right to housing, food, water, clothing, health care, etc., to sustain modern living, and suffering from hypothermia, frost bite, and other devastating injuries or illnesses is unacceptable.
