Our Mission

Warmth to the Rescue is a program dedicated to helping homeless individuals stay safe and healthy, especially during cold weather. Starting in October 2025, our mobile outreach program will begin delivering essential supplies directly to those in need. This includes distributing clothing and winter gear in a range of sizes to ensure everyone gets what they need.

But we’re doing more than just handing out supplies. Every donated item is carefully cleaned and inspected to ensure it’s safe and hygienic, helping people feel respected and cared for. Some of the items we provide include:

~Warm jackets
~Wool socks
~Thermal underwear
~Winter accessories like hats and gloves

To reduce waste, we’ve created a program to repair and reuse clothing, ensuring every donation makes the biggest possible impact. We also prepare personalized care packages with properly sized clothing and basic hygiene products tailored to each person’s needs.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand our services to include basic medical care and a wider range of hygiene products. This will allow us to support even more health needs in the homeless community.

Warmth to the Rescue is also committed to making a larger impact. We collect and study data about homelessness to improve how resources are used. For example, we’re working to reduce unused shelter beds in cities and ensure rural areas get the help they need. By focusing on data, we and our partners can make smarter decisions and do more to fight homelessness and its related health challenges.
