William started Warmth to the Rescue in 2013 with a simple goal: to support homeless communities. What began in Colorado has grown to Illinois, where he’s working to establish it as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. His passion and leadership continue to guide its growth, helping more people in need along the way.
Justyna M.
Justyna brings exceptional organization, resourcefulness, and efficiency to Warmth to the Rescue. Deeply aware of the challenges homeless communities face, especially with worsening climate conditions, she is dedicated to addressing urgent needs. Her commitment ensures the organization remains proactive and effective.
Cara F.
Cara joined Warmth to the Rescue after losing her brother, whose life was profoundly impacted by homelessness. This personal loss fuels her passion for advocacy and outreach. While pursuing her master’s in social work, she’s dedicated to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to better support vulnerable populations. Her compassion and drive inspire her mission to help others rebuild their lives.

Cesi, as Chief Fundraising & Engagement Officer, blends her passion and event-planning expertise to expand our reach, strengthen community ties, and develop creative fundraising strategies that sustain and grow our mission. While they may not prefer to have their pictures on the website, their dedication and hard work are essential to everything we do.
